The first visit to Blue Water was an experiment in spending coin. So I only made it to the bar for a few Vodka Martini drinks. WOW! Went back again and was able to spend a whole lot more on fantastic food. Seafood - it is here. Dress - well it is Vancouver so you will get all sorts - dress up and enjoy the evening - it's in the top 7 of all of Vancouver.
