Clearly a place to be seen. It can get quite crowded for a restaurant. The bar is near the front - the front is all glass facing the street.

Well I was only in for the drinks. People were having good fun and the menu seems to be a good selection of west coast seafood. Right in the heart of Yaletown a perfect place to start or end the evening.
