My wife and I visit your store on marine drive drive white rock on a regular basis.Today march 17 at approx 2.45 pm we again stopped in for some refreshment. The assistant was talking on the phone and continued to do so for a number of minutes while myself and other customers waited.Ireally do not lay the blame for the poor service totally on the assistant,it could quite possibly be poor training..The other comment I have is the fact that we could not have proper cups as the dishwasher was broken,we were told the same story on a visit 10 days earlier.I do wish to add that up to this point the service at White Rock has been very good.
My final comment is that I have been served by the same assistant on 2 occasions and have not been greeted with a smile or a pleasant greeting,this again could be poor training.
