In the same spot that brought us the innovative cuisine of Black Mustard and Paralelle (that didn't seem to sit well with the too-busy downtown diners) comes NV, the latest club catering to twentysomethings, along with the eBar and Apartment 58. NV also throws its hat into the ring with Atmosphere, featuring an excellent appetizer menu, and a fun drink menu that includes the now famous 'Crispy Crunch' martini.
