Applebees White Oaks has been our favoutite but we do not know what happened as it took 35 minutes to receive the meal and 25 minutes to get the bill and leave. We wonder if there has been a management change but, if this is indicative of the way it will be in future, the future for us will not be Applebees
Very disapointed in the food & slow service & even more disapointed when the waitreess forgot to bring my wifes birthday cake. Overall dining experience a negative......will not hurry back!!

was at this restaurant on Saturday night for my mom's b-day. Almost choked on a "broken wood skewer" in my mashed potatoes. Got a half-hearted sorry and still got charged $1.49 for the loaded mashed potatoes. Server was not concerned at all and didn't even bother to tell anyone about the skewer from what I could see...not even shocked. I will never return to this restaurant. It was a broken piece of wood in my mashed potatoes. I'm sure somebody else probably got another piece of the same skewer in their potatoes that night.

The Food was GREAT, the service in the bar was FANTASTIC. Staff was very friendly, and the place was nice and clean. Just what you need in an establishment like that. I'll give em a 10 out of 10
