FEEDBACK (1)
On our way home from a very pleasant outing in St.Jacob's my companions and I decided to stop at your restaurant for what we expected to be the usual good meal. On entering the featured grilled chicken and strawberry salad caught my attention. As I looked over the menu I kept coming back to the salad. I must say I was very disappointed when it arrived at our table. First off, there was the smallest chicken breast I have ever seen laid over the top of some very skimpy greens. As I "dug" in I realized there was no dressing on this entree. Our waiter did bring some but I did have to ask. The fact that it was featured and with the hefty price of $14 for a salad I did expect it would be a meal and not a "side salad".The spring greens were hardly sprinkled over the plate before the chicken strip (NOT BREAST) was laid on them. My companion's side salad had far more content than mine. A few grapes, one quartered strawberry and a scattering of nuts hardly warrants the price tag. Wendy's salads are much more satisfying and at half the price and twice the serving. It was a great disappointment and I would think long and hard before selecting East Side Mario's again both for value and honesty in advertising. I certainly did not get the pleasure of nor the value of a $14 salad meal. I look forward to your timely response.
