The customer service is horrible at this store. If you call absolutely nobody will pick up. If you go to the store there are a lot of employees standing around but nobody will help you. If you ask for help they will say they don't work in the dept. I go to Best Buy (same owners) but they seem to be a little better at taking care of you.
