Today is Friday Dec.30th I've been trying to call for the pass 30minutes nobody is picking up. This is not the first time..I always go in to future shop and I see the phone ringing and they don't even pick up. Why do they even have a phone line if they can't even take customers calls. I've called like 4times now and they hung up without even answering. HORRIBLE!! NOT TOO HAPPY WITH THIS!

i was on the phone with futureshop south keys. first person transfer me to tech and they did not pick and the was no voice msg so they pick up the phone and hung up. i always find the south keys location difficult to deal with.

I found a very knowledgeable person in your Camera Department and plan to purchase a high end camera with Future Shop - South Keys the next time I'm in that area.
