We recently moved to Ottawa. Brought our guinea pig there for a routine textbook filing which our old vet used to do successfully every time. Without this filing our pet can eat and survive another year. Within 4 days our pet was dead. The vet claimed pre-existing condition without any supporting documentation and he would refund nothing. These guys are incompentent, rip-off quacks: they can't perform a basic life saving procedure, they will do "something" anyway knowing your pet will die, and keep the money. If you love your pet, do not take it to this clinic.

there were almost 10 people working there i was the only one there i asked for water for my dog on the hottest day of the year and no one budged to help. i was supposed to get my rottie(she has the best nicest temperament despite whats said about her breed)microchipped but all the girls were afraid of my dog even after they muzzled her. (honestly she was just sitting there panting, there were cats roaming around and she just sniffed as they walked around her.. shes such a good dog!) still wasn't given water even though she was panting like crazy. another girl showed up with her cat and they kept getting her name wrong even after corrected. really bad experience... but i was warned before i went. don't seem to give a rats a** about animals there. i would stay away.

I went their with my dog after feeling uneasy with Altavista, and Blair. If you want a straight forward vet that wont baby you or put up with peoples bullshit this is the place for you. I enjoyed my visit and got answers to everything I needed, and above all my dog was treated with respect and care.
