Visited with 3 friends the evening of December 27, 2010. Restaurant was not very busy, but service was very slow. Hadn't been there in a couple of years and just as we remembered, the wings are terrible. Small, crucnhy and the tips still on (have never seen this in another restaurant. Biggest complaint is the restaurant does not accept Debit cards. C'mon folks...this is 2010. Luckily I had a credit card.

Sat. July 25, 2009 To the Managers, Paul and Steve: Today was my first visit to your store and I had the most awesome customer experience I ever had by your employee, Kieran. He knew his products and value very well and was an excellent listener. Kieran attended to what I was looking for and stayed within by budget range. He also made suggestions by introducing me to other products and how I could get just as a good value from the items. I was impressed by this young man's manners and friendly and respectful approach. As it was pouring rain outside, and I had large items that was difficult for me to manage, this employee asked if I would like some help to the cash register and the car.
