Eating at le Nil Bleu is a great experience, especially for those who have never experienced Ethiopian cuisine where everyone shares the same meals that are served on one big plate. You are also served a side of doughy flat bread that you tear apart and pick up your food with. The dishes are flavourful and spicy.
