they really never answer the phone wow. does anyone important from this establishment get to see these comments if not whats the point of posting these if the problem will never be corrected. i guess so the customers will change stores.

Commented and Voted Against Future Shop - Hyde Park

The customer service is horrible at this store. If you call absolutely nobody will pick up. If you go to the store there are a lot of employees standing around but nobody will help you. If you ask for help they will say they don't work in the dept. I go to Best Buy (same owners) but they seem to be a little better at taking care of you.

I called there on Tuesday June 8 2010 at 10:15 am and tried to get someone from the Camera department to pick up the phone. After trying twice, I gave up. Why can't someone pick up the phone when it is obvious that a customer is waiting on the other end of the line. You just lost a sale!!!!!!!!!!!
