Sat. July 25, 2009 To the Managers, Paul and Steve: Today was my first visit to your store and I had the most awesome customer experience I ever had by your employee, Kieran. He knew his products and value very well and was an excellent listener. Kieran attended to what I was looking for and stayed within by budget range. He also made suggestions by introducing me to other products and how I could get just as a good value from the items. I was impressed by this young man's manners and friendly and respectful approach. As it was pouring rain outside, and I had large items that was difficult for me to manage, this employee asked if I would like some help to the cash register and the car. It's been a long time where I received such excellent customer service and Kieran should be commended for his work today. Sincerely, C. Rosario

service is excellent, food is very tasty, and generously proportioned. staff is very attentive, , big screen is great for the sat. night game, try the "canadian burger", its worth the trip downtown. you should get a seat at the bar, there is always someone to talk to, even if its only about the "leafs" lol
