sunday 31/01/2010 went into jakes in the city.The restaurant was very busy.I ordered 2 x fish,chips and peas,as the chef was very busy she only cooked one.
I brought this to their attention.Immediately.I quickly received an apology and they
offered me a free drink while i waited.As I did not take them up on their offer,they
then offered a refund and they were already cooking my fish & chips.Again I did not take up their offer of a refund.My food arrived and was first class as it has
always been when me and my wife eat there.The food was excellent as was their
customer care.As I said at the begining the restaurant was very very busy.Well
done to all the staff that were on duty today.Spencer.

Without doubt it is my favorite restaurant in Plymouth. Food is fantastic and people working there are absolutely lovely, it is very cosy and makes you feel very comfortable. Price/quantity/quality is a very good value. I highly recommend it, specially at night, when they can also offer you specials of the day, always really nice dishes!!!!

Excellent authentic spanish Tapas, makes a perfect change from the overkill of chinese & italian restaurants!

Great for late night munchies on the way home from a pub/club. Enjoy some of Plymouth's finest hot baguettes with all manner of toppings on.
