Brilliant club, Staff are friendly and they always welcome you in. it is my regular simply because of the staff and the vacilities they have to offer you, Brilliant snooker club would not change a thing.
sunday 31/01/2010 went into jakes in the city.The restaurant was very busy.I ordered 2 x fish,chips and peas,as the chef was very busy she only cooked one.
I brought this to their attention.Immediately.I quickly received an apology and they
offered me a free drink while i waited.As I did not take them up on their offer,they
then offered a refund and they were already cooking my fish & chips.Again I did not take up their offer of a refund.My food arrived and was first class as it has
always been when me and my wife eat there.The food was excellent as was their
customer care.As I said at the begining the restaurant was very very busy.Well
done to all the staff that were on duty today.Spencer.
