had a great meal and the service and price cool as well.
sunday 31/01/2010 went into jakes in the city.The restaurant was very busy.I ordered 2 x fish,chips and peas,as the chef was very busy she only cooked one. I brought this to their attention.Immediately.I quickly received an apology and they offered me a free drink while i waited.As I did not take them up on their offer,they then offered a refund and they were already cooking my fish & chips.Again I did not take up their offer of a refund.My food arrived and was first class as it has always been when me and my wife eat there.The food was excellent as was their customer care.As I said at the begining the restaurant was very very busy.Well done to all the staff that were on duty today.Spencer.

Great for late night munchies on the way home from a pub/club. Enjoy some of Plymouth's finest hot baguettes with all manner of toppings on.
