It's fitting that this picture-perfect restaurant is housed in the art-centric Chambers Hotel. Both the airy, sleek cocktail lounge at street level and the lower-level dining room are peppered with modern artwork. Also on showcase are chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Asian-influenced, seasonal inventions like Peekytoe crab and asparagus ribbons and halibut with Malaysian chili sauce. Together, the decor and food bring in scenesters loving the L.A. vibe and native foodies who melt over the Paris-worthy cuisine.
