SukhoThai

Nan, a long time cooking teacher through the UW-Extension, is in the kitchen every day cooking up authentic recipes, "just like the food that Thai people are used to eating at home." Her menu is diverse, ranging from the popular stir fried noodle dishes, to a barbecued chicken and papaya salad. And although many of Nan's entrees are quite mild in flavor, there are plenty of spicy curry dishes to get your mouth 's attention. She'll even help you pick out the ingredients from Thai Center Foods and show you how to make her dishes at home.
